At Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes, our studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans were designed with walk-in closets as well as additional indoor storage areas.
Do you have smart home technology?
Our apartment homes have smart door locks, alarm system panels as well as motion sensors and door sensors, smart thermostat, ring doorbell, and smart lighting for living room and primary bedroom.
Do I need a smartphone to live at Sobremesa Villas?
Residents at Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes are not required to utilize a smartphone to enjoy life in our community. Our brand-new apartments offer smart home features in every apartment that would require use of a mobile device should our residents opt to use them.
Is your home energy efficient?
Our apartments at Sobremesal Villas are designed to be energy-efficient with Hercuwall technology within the homes. The homes also feature dual -pane windows and energy efficient Appliances, including tankless water heaters helping you save on utility costs while reducing your environmental footprint.
Do you have washers and dryers in the home?
Each apartment home at Sobremesa Villas boasts a top of the line, full size, high efficiency washer and dryer for your convenience. These appliances use less water and energy compared to traditional models, leading to lower electricity and water bills. Additionally, their reduced resource consumption helps conserve water and energy, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendlier lifestyle.
What utilities am I responsible for?
At Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes our residents will be conveniently billed through a third-party billing company for their monthly water, sewer, and trash. Residents will be responsible for their own electric account with APS and Southwest Gas.
What are the options for internet and cable?
Residents at Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes enjoy the convenience of having their home set up with fiber internet and Direct TV services through the apartment community tech package.
Does my roommate also need to fill out an application and sign a lease?
At Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement.
What is the security deposit?
At Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes the security deposit is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit cost starts as low as $750 based on approved credit.
How much is the application fee?
At Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes each future resident over the age of 18 will be required to pay a $60 application fee.
Can my roommate and I pay the rent separately?
Unfortunately, residents at Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes cannot make partial payments. We kindly ask that rent is paid in full and paid online through our resident portal.
What are the pet restrictions?
We love our pets here at Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes and we allow up to two pets per home. There are no breed restrictions and no weight limit. No Reptiles, Rabbits, Hamsters, Ferrets, Snakes or Rodents of any kind will be allowed. Please reach out to the team at Sobremesa Villas with any specific pet questions and we will be glad to assist you.
Is there a pet park?
Nestled in the heart of community, there is a private pet park that offers a serene oasis with lush greenery for your furry friends to enjoy. In addition to the exclusive pet park, we offer a self-service pet washing station.
How many parking spaces do I have?
Residents at Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes are allotted one covered parking space per apartment. We also offer open guest parking that is on a first come first serve basis.
Do you have garages?
Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes features onsite car garages, and some of the garages are pre-wired for EV chargers. EV charging stations are also available for a nominal fee.
Is this a smoke free community?
Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes is a smoke-free community creating a cleaner environment for all of our residents to enjoy.

Shopping is conveniently located two streets north of Sobremesa Villas Apartment Homes, Prasada offers food options like Habit Burger, O.H.S.O Brewery, Portillo’s, Barrio Queen, and more. The shopping center also features a Burlington, TJ Maxx, Home goods, Dick’s, and plenty of other options for every lifestyle.
